The Wood-Claeyssens Foundation enhances the quality of life in the local community through grantmaking to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations serving the Santa Barbara and Ventura County areas.

Vision Statement
The Wood-Claeyssens Foundation strives to have a deeply positive impact in the local community by providing funding to select 501(c)(3) organizations. Through strategic philanthropy, the nonprofit sector will be streamlined, organizations will continually improve their services, and individuals – and the community as a whole – will be provided substantial help and support. Ultimately, the Wood-Claeyssens Foundation strives to create a better future and enable the Santa Barbara and Ventura counties to embody the very best that the third sector has to offer in the United States.
