Advanced Health Care Directives Workshop
What is an Advance Health Care Directive?
An Advance Health Care Directive allows you to make 2 very important choices:
1) It allows you to choose the person who can legally make your medical decisions for you when you cannot. You get to choose someone who knows your values and what's important to you.
2) It allows you to choose the type of medical care you want and don't want. When you cannot speak for yourself, you still can determine the quality of life that you get to live.
You can get more info on Advanced Health Care Directives here.
