On behalf of Sarah House, we would like to invite you to join a special group of sponsors for our fabulously popular annual holiday benefit, THE ARTIZAN’S BALL. This year’s theme is “…AND ALL THAT JAZZ!”  Our event will be held at the Santa Barbara Woman's Club - Rockwood - on Saturday night, December 5, from 6 to 10 pm. The Artizan’s Ball once again promises to be an exciting and memorable event. Tickets are priced at $85, so please, come and join the fun while also supporting Sarah House!

The Playwright for ONE DAY won an INDY!

 Laurel Lyle, Jennifer Aquino, Matthew Tavianini, Peter Lackner, Barbara Lackner, Doris Baizley, Randy Sunday and Henry Brown

  Doris Baizley, our wonderful playwright won an Independent Theatre Award  (affectionately known as an "Indy") for her play script of ONE DAY : Sarah House. The award ceremony took place just this past Monday, May 18th, 2009 at the historical Lobero Theatre in downtown Santa Barbara. You can learn more about this amazing night here.

Sarah House presents a World Premiere Theater Production of “ONE DAY: Sarah House”
An Original Play about Sarah House, Santa Barbara’s Hospice for the Dying Poor
Dates: March 27, 28; April 2, 3, 4 at 8pm ; March 29th Matinee at 2pm
Special Gala performance on Saturday, March 28th  Tickets $50 and some tickets at regular prices for this performance as well. Les Gendarmes du Swing to perform after!
Place: Center Stage Theater
