Meal Preparation: Currently we are in need of volunteers who can prepare a meal for 12 people, bring it over to the house, then join us in the dining room to enjoy it. Some volunteers are needed on an ad-hoc basis, so please email us and specify if you are interested in this as-needed schedule or desire a more consistent commitment. Event Planning: We are currently seeking a couple dedicated volunteers to help design and execute our annual special event "The Artizan's Ball." This commitment covers a wide range of areas--from helping stuff envelopes, attending committee meetings and designing themed decor, to contacting artists and sponsors for donations and attending and running the event itself. If you have a background in event planning, or even just a keen interest in design and special events, and want to help out the Sarah House community, please contact Kristin at kristin@sarahhousesb.org for more information.
IT: We are looking for a dedicated volunteer who is savvy in the ways of technology and computer databases. We are looking for someone who could help us streamline our computer system, assist with data entry, and update our website. Sarah House Auxiliary: If you are interested in helping out, but can only do it on an ad hoc basis, please email us about upcoming opportunities.
